Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	A capital assessment in excess of $275,000 (adjusted annually for inflation) in any one year requires a vote of the members. Any by-law change which is materially adverse to, or limits the rights of the regular members is subject to a vote of the members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Copy of the form is provided to the executive committee of the board prior to filing. The president, general manager and controller all perform a thorough review and their questions are responded to by company personnel or the tax preparer. All questions are satisfied prior to filing the return.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The club has a written policy in by-laws section 8.04 which specifies that transactions between a governor and the club may be entered into provided the transaction is first voted on by the board. In addition, the Club uses individual conflict of interest statements. They are completed annually by each board member, officer and key management employee. The statements are reviewed and any identified conflicts noted for future review if business is contemplated with that interested party.
