There was an unexpected change in Officers. The Club's Treasurer left the company in April 2025 and was no longer eligible to serve. The late filing was a result of the newly elected Treasurer having to compile, understand and verify the Club's financial situation from the previous tax year(2024) while doing the same for the current tax year(2025).
