President & CEO's salary was initially determined by the Finance Committee and Board Chairman and included in her employment contract. The salary was determined based upon consultation with an outside recruiting firm and comparisons to other similar sized organizations and confirmed by an independent salary survey. The salary is annually approved by the Board Chairman for Advanced Energy United, Inc., Advanced Energy Institute and Counterspark, Inc.

We work with decision makers at every level of government as well as regulators of energy markets to achieve this goal. The businesses we represent are lowering consumer costs, creating thousands of new jobs every year, and providing the full range of clean, efficient, and reliable energy and transportation solutions. Together, we are united in our mission to accelerate the transition to 100% clean energy in the United States.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The corporation shall have two classes of members: members and associate members. The class of members shall consist of advanced energy companies and companies with an advanced energy line of business. The class of associate members shall consist of 1) companies in the supply chain of advanced energy companies and/or companies with an advanced energy line of business, and 2) companies and institutions that are current or prospective purchasers and consumers of advanced energy products and services, provided that they share in the common business interest of United's members in accelerating the growth of market opportunities for commerce in advanced energy products and services.
