Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Picacho Peak Water Company is a small, member-owned not-for-profit water utility. The purpose of this entity is to provide a safe and reliable potable water source for its members. Picacho Peak Water sells water to its members and charges them based upon usage and meter size as approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission. The funds are used pay the costs to operate the system, as well as to make upgrades, capital improvements and repairs.
