Explanation:

the Credit Union Executives Society Board of Directors has not been active since 2020. All events were cancelled and the Board of Directors did not meet in 2024. through the confusion it was not clear who would be filing the 990 form. I did not realize that it had not been filed until i received notice from the IRS in early October. Your patience with this matter is appreciated.
