	Legislative Advocacy & Policy Reform:NCPM advocates for legislation and policy reforms that expand access to psychedelic-assisted therapies, particularly for veterans, first responders, and others with treatment-resistant conditions. In 2024, we engaged directly with Nevada legislators, testified at hearings, coordinated with national advocacy partners, and organized public awareness efforts to support safe and regulated access to psychedelic therapies.(Continued on Schedule O)Key accomplishments include:- Meeting with Nevada state senators and assembly members to advance psychedelic therapy legislation.- Providing policy recommendations in collaboration with national partners including veteran and law enforcement non-profits. - Building bipartisan support and educating policymakers on the therapeutic potential and public health benefits of psychedelic-assisted therapy.In 2024, NCPM leadership also served on the Nevada Psychedelic Medicines Working Group, established under SB242 (passed in 2023 with NCPM's support). Through this role and sustained interim advocacy, NCPM helped shape key policy recommendations that led to the introduction of two major bills in 2025: SJR10, a resolution urging Congress to reschedule certain psychedelics, allocate funding for research, and expand access to therapy, and AB378, a pilot program providing regulated access to psilocybin therapy for veterans and former first responders. SJR10 passed with bipartisan support, with 27 legislators signing on as sponsors or co-sponsors; AB378 was similarly backed by 24 bipartisan supporters. Throughout the year, NCPM remained committed to its mission to advance safe, equitable, and science-informed psychedelic policy in Nevada.

	Public Education and Community Engagement:NCPM advances public understanding about the therapeutic potential of psychedelic medicines through educational outreach and community engagement efforts aimed at shifting public perception, informing policy, and empowering stakeholders. In 2024, we hosted virtual summits and webinars addressing emerging clinical research and state and federal policy developments, published regular newsletters, and distributed educational content on safe, equitable access to psychedelic therapies. Once the draft is finalized, a full copy is distributed to all board members via email for review. Board members are given an opportunity to ask questions or request clarifications before Form 990 is officially filed with the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	All members of the board, officers, and members of committees with board delegated authority are covered by the written conflict of interest policy and are required to disclose annually any interests that could give rise to conflict. Potential conflicts of interest are reviewed by the Board and if anyone is determined to have a conflict of interest, they will be removed from all meetings, discussions, and will not be allowed to vote in those specified areas of conflict.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The Nevada Coalition for Psychedelic Medicines does not employ staff directly. Compensation for the CEO/President and Executive Director/Treasurer is paid by Sierra Psychedelic Society, an unrelated organization, with a portion reimbursed for services provided to the Coalition. To ensure reasonable compensation, the Coalition plans to implement a formal process that includes board review and approval, documentation of deliberations, and reliance on comparability data from nonprofit salary surveys or similarly sized organizations to support compensation decisions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The Nevada Coalition for Psychedelic Medicines' governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available for public inspection upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4:	During the 2024 tax year, the Nevada Coalition for Psychedelic Medicines' bylaws included a member structure; however, the organization has never implemented or maintained formal membership and is governed solely by its Board of Directors. In 2025, the bylaws were amended to remove all language related to membership.
