The facility is located in West Melbourne, Florida and consists of 210 licensed residential units including a 48-unit assisted living facility, plus an administrative and support area. The Organizations activities are regulated by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). The Organization is supported primarily by entrance fees and monthly service fees paid by the residents.
