Return Reference Explanation
Form 990, Part III, Line 3 During the year, the Corporation sold its property previously used as chapter housing due to financial default. Following the sale, the Corporation ceased active housing operations but continues to exist as a charitable organization. Its ongoing purpose is to maintain resources and capacity to provide future housing and related support for the Oklahoma Chapter of Delta Upsilon Fraternity or for other educational purposes consistent with its exempt mission.
