| Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c | The Chambers process to regularly monitor and enforce the Conflict of Interest policy is to review with the Board of Directors, annually at orientation before the beginning of the fiscal year. During the year, the Policy is followed with respect to disclosing any potential or perceived conflicts of interest. At the end of the fiscal year, each Board member completes the policys questionnaire acknowledging any conflict of interest. The Chambers compliance with the Conflict of Interest policy is as follows. The Board reviews the Policy annually at orientation before the beginning of the fiscal year. At any time during the year, if any one has a perceived or potential conflict of interest that interested person will disclose that fact and the Chamber follows its Policy. At the end of the year each Board of Directors member completes the Chambers Conflict of Interest questionnaire. |
