Schedule I, Part I, Line 2	For Double Food Bucks: At the beginning of each season, we educate vendors on what tokens they can and cannot accept. A laminated copy of what tokens each individual vendor can accept is also provided to them (copies can also be made at no expense. If a vendor accepts unauthorized tokens they are not reimbursed, are provided further educational information, and can be cited for a violation of guidelines. Multiple citations can lead to their removal from the Market. For Vendor Assistance to True Roots Farm: Grants that are specifically related to SNAP/EBT or, conversely, can be used in other programmatic ways are tracked by the Executive Director. Reports are available to state exactly how many tokens were distributed and how many were redeemed. The Executive Director reports directly to the grantors and must demonstrate how funds were used. For Sprouts Tokens: Our Sprouts Kids Club Coordinator, Katy Lapiers, maintains active records of participating children. Records include the child's name, parents' name/contact info, and how many times the child participated. We also document ages since only kids 5-12 are eligible to receive tokens, though any child can participate in activities.
