Explanation:

IRS 990 EZ for this organization was originally completed on March 28, 2025. The party responsible for completing and submitting the return chose the US Mail option in error and mailed the form to the IRS. The return was not accepted and the organization received Notice CP259A from the IRS for failure to file an annual return. Upon review it was discovered that the return was mailed rather than filed electronically. The return was returned to the edit mode so that it could be resubmitted electronically on November 13, 2025.
