	The Show is an annual event celebrating the creative accomplishments of the Minneapolis advertising industry over the last year. It functions as the local tier of the American Advertising Awards, a national advertising competition run by the American Advertising Federation. The Show allows us to champion the creative excellence of Minneapolis agencies on a local, regional, and national level. More than 100 agencies participate in the competition, submitting more than 700 entries annually. Many locally-winning entries go on to win at the regional and national tiers of the competition. The event attracts over 850 attendees each year.

	Women's Leadership Panel This annual event serves as professional development for the local advertising community. It is also a rich networking opportunity for advertising professionals in all stages of their career. A diverse lineup of female speakers is assembled from across the advertising profession, and a moderator leads discussion about industry challenges and opportunities, the unique path of women in advertising, and how to build strong careers in today's advertising and social landscape. This event has 350+ attendees annually.

	Student Advertising Summit The Student Ad Summit is a two-day event for students and young professionals involved in advertising, public relations, marketing, and communications fields.
