  PART VIII-B, LINE 1 SUMMARY OF PROGRAM-RELATED INVESTMENTSDURING THE TAX YEARS 2020-2023, THE SAMUEL ROBERTS NOBLE FOUNDATION (FOUNDATION) INVESTED $875,000 IN THE OKLAHOMA LIFE SCIENCE FUND III, LLC (OLSF III), ALTHOUGH NO FURTHER INVESTMENTS WERE MADE IN CALENDAR YEAR 2024.NAME/ADDRESS OF INVESTMENT:OKLAHOMA LIFE SCIENCES FUND III, LLC 2620 S. ZUNIS AVENUE TULSA, OK 74114 THE INVESTMENT'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO ADVANCE THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE LIFE SCIENCES. THE FOUNDATION CONSIDERS SUCH INVESTMENTS CRITICAL TO ADVANCING DEVELOPMENTS IN THE LIFE-SCIENCES FIELD, SO AS TO ADVANCE AGRICULTURAL AND MEDICAL RESEARCH IN OKLAHOMA, CONSISTENT WITH ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE. OSLF III EXPENDED THE AMOUNTS AS IT RECEIVED THEM FROM THE FOUNDATION TO ADVANCE RESEARCH IN LIFE SCIENCES AS DISCUSSED ABOVE. TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOUNDATION, OLSF III HAS NOT DIVERTED ANY PORTION OF THE FUNDS FROM THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE. OLSF III IS CURRENTLY RAISING FUNDS AND IS NOT YET FULLY INVESTED. THE FOUNDATION HAS A $1,000,000 COMMITMENT TO THE FUND, $875,000 OF WHICH HAS BEEN CALLED AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2024.
