The executive director keeps all the support for the books and records, once a quarter the executive director submits all the support to the outside CPA who prepares a reviewed financial statement for the board of directors, upon the completion of the year, the annual review is prepared, the tax returns are prepared by the outside CPA, who then delivers the completed documents to the executive director who first reviews the documents for accuracy, then hands them over to the board of directors for review, signature and mailing.

The board takes seriously all written and signed request for documents. If the document requested is not of a confidential nature, it is released immediately.
