Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The board members receive a copy of Form 990 at their monthly meeting and review it as a whole.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Directors, individually and collectively, are responsible for avoiding conflict of interest situations and the Ethics Committee reviews possible conflicts yearly and as the need arises. The Directors, GM and CFO must avoid activities that would create conflict or the appearance of a conflict of interest.
