1(c) Thrive Church Planting exists to serve the pioneers of new churches by providing the support and resources necessary to plant healthy multiplying churches. Training and preparing leaders to lead is an essential element of successful church planting.
1(d) Ensuring that potential church planters are equipped spiritually emotionally and skill wise is a primary value for Thrive Church Planting. Healthy pastors grow healthy churches. The opposite is also true and we strive to ensure that only healthy pastors are released to plant new churches.
