	Theta Tau has continued its legacy of Engineering Leaders for Service, Profession and Brotherhood. We hosted 13 regional conferences with more than 1,200 attendees in total, as well as planned for the return of our Leadership Academy summer program in July 2024. We have grown our professional staff in order to create new and better professional, personal and chapter development opportunities for our members. We are excited to plan for a bigger, more programming-intensive Convention in 2025.
