What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? DIOA provides a forum for US defense contractors to meet annually and discuss topics related to the Offset and Industrial participation industry.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 DIOA provides an annual conference forum for its members to meet and discuss Offset and Industrial Cooperation topics. The 2021 conference was planned to occur but was postponed due to pandemic risk.
