1 The Health Optimization Cruise is a fully vegan and plant based week-long cruise featuring our Healthy Vegan Food standards. Educational presentations are provided by practicing medical doctors board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Guided exercise such as walking on the walking deck and instructor-led activities are available daily.  
2 The Plants 2 Table events provide a farm tour so that people understand where there food is coming from followed by a delicious plant-based meal prepared with food mainly source from the farm. An update is provided by aPlantBasedDiet.org so that participants understand what our nonprofit has done recently in the interest of human health and what events are planned for the future.
