Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9 The amount reported on Line 9 reflects changes in designated reserve fund balances during the tax year. This includes $45,047.39 of revenue allocated directly to the Tree Reserve Fund and $1,000.00 contributed to the Capital Reserve Fund from the operating account. These funds were not recorded as part of the organizations general operating revenue. Additionally, certain reserve-funded expenditures totaling $1,427.13 were not recorded in operating expenses but reduced reserve balances. The net impact of these activities was an increase in net assets of $44,620.26.
