Form 990, Part XI, Line 4	Two bylaws were changed. The first bylaw changed was - It shall be mandatory that the Election Committee bar any campaigning within 300 feet of the Local Union Hall. It was changed from 100 feet. The second bylaw change was - Lost time wages for Union Business will be limited to eight (8) hours per day for those on a traditional work pattern. Lost time wages for Union Business will be limited to twelve (12) hours per day for those on an AWS (alternative work schedule) work pattern. Both shall be inclusive of traditional shift premiums but excluding all AWS premiums. No premium time will be paid by the Local. Any member has the right to work additional hours before and or after being coded on Union Business, provided the combined hours paid by the Local and the company do not exceed twelve (12) hours per day. Violation of this By-law, by any member may be cause for immediate suspension, pending a full investigation. This was changed to add language for alternative work schedule members to be properly paid for lost time.
