The KTBOA has a single program service which is the operation a fraternity house at the University of Arizona. This service encompasses a house lease, sub-leasing rooms to live-in fraternity members, operation of a kitchen for fraternity members, maintenance of the house including repairs, improvements and cleaning as well as providing common areas for brotherhood events, social functions, chapter meetings and so on.

Schedule D, Part IV, Line 1b The Kappa Tau of TKE Board of Advisors (KTBOA) collects and holds funds for the Kappa Tau Chapter of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity located at the University of Arizona. The funds are tracked as a liability to the KTBOA. The fraternity charges dues to its members each semester of the school year and uses them for payments to the national organization national dues, insurance, conference registrations and so on) and also to pay for its own social and brotherhood events. University fees charged to the fraternity are also paid from these funds. As part of an educational process, these funds are released to the chapter when they provide a budget either on an event or a semester basis. The KTBOA will charge this account to pay for any damages to the house caused by members and as another educational process, lets the chapter leadership go through its own judicial process to recover funds from individual members. KTBOA also holds security deposits from live-in members to cover damages and any unresolved charges.
