Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The mission of the Delaware Psychological Association is to promote the profession of psychology and enhance and improve the quality of life for Delawareans. We do this through public and professional educational programs, by supporting high ethical standards and integrity for psychologists, and by working collaboratively with other groups to affect positive change in individuals, groups, and the community. We are committed to promoting psychology across the state and nationally through our voting membership in the American Psychological Association.

	The DPA traditionally operates by hosting continuing education workshops for members and non-members who are psychologists and other licensed mental health clinicians. In 2024, the DPA offered 9 continuing education (CE) workshops totaling 29 CE credits. Out of the 9 CE workshops, 3 of them were specifically psychoeducational trainings for licensed clinicians to enhance their skills and understanding of the traumatic effects pertaining to COVID.

	The DPA was awarded the third of three installments in 2024 by the American Rescue Plan Act to support psychologists, licensed mental health clinicians and healthcare providers with trainings specific to COVID related trauma, including assessment, treatment and prevention planning. This funding will continue be used to support the public with psychoeducational resources pertaining to COVID related trauma and long COVID ending in May of 2025.

	The Delaware Psychological Association (DPA) has enjoyed tremendous growth and success over the past several years. Since 2017, overall membership in the DPA has grown with an increase of 63%. DPA also offers Institutional Memberships for groups of 8 or more psychologists, licensed clinicians and nurse practitioners.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	There are certain membership levels that have voting privileges. These privileges include voting in officer elections, as well as changes to the bylaws and constitution.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The executive director has the Delaware Psychological Association's president, treasurer, and financial advisor review the form prior to submission.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Delaware Psychological Association is in the process of implementing a more formal conflict of interest policy.

The Delaware Psychological Association (DPA) received $13,000 from the American Psychological Association to fund the DPA's Director of Professional Affairs position in 2024-2025.
