What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provides leadership for the advancement of engineering professionalism throughout New Mexico. We provide conferences meetings events and activities throughout the year for professional development. This includes ethics classes and the professional engineering exam review courses. We provide scholarships to engineering students and support STEM educational programs.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Monthly Luncheons- NMSPE hosts monthly luncheons for professional engineers to obtain professional development hours typically there are between 30-40 registrants for each monthly luncheon. 1.0 professional development hour is available.

30 Annual Conferences - NMSPE Issues Conference Engineers Week Conference and Annual Meeting-these three conferences were held in-person and attendees could also join virtually. These conferences averaged between 80-150 registrants professional engineers requiring professional development hours. The speakers were from local universities and government agencies. Up to 8.0 professional development hours are available for each event. These conferences raise funds to donate to the New Mexico Engineering Foundation the local universities and the MATHCOUNTS Foundation.
