To promote leadership with the upcoming Recruitment Counselors, we paid for a public speaker from Her Sorority Journey to provide a keynote speech and learning modules. This speech and modules provided advice and learning outcomes for about 200 of our members to improve the upcoming leadership. These members then went on to serve as recruitment counselors for the following recruitment events in the fall and they mentored younger women.

To achieve the council's goal of friendship, we offered a complementary CycleBar class to our 2,000 new members that joined in the Fall. This class held spots for these women to attend to better themselves physically and to meet other women in the community to form bonds. The reservation for this class was $499 and there was no monetary revenue.

To promote service, we made a $15,000 donation payment to Build On facilitated by the Circle of Sisterhood foundation to fund a school build for young girls in Senegal that will take place in May 2026, providing education in communities that lack access to adequate resources without the help of the two foundations.
