	Provided rooms for rent for our members to live in while going to college and pursuing their degrees. Our members volunteer to manage a fraternity house that provides the facilities needed to run a college fraternity that has weekly meetings, social events, community service projects, philanthropic events, study groups, leadership training, alumni reunions, parents weekend, etc. All net Income (after expenses and improvements) goes into a reserve account for future maintenance and renovation of the property. The Kappa Chi Housing Corporation's sole purpose is to manage and consistently improve the Fraternity House.
