What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We are a 501(c) small mutual water company. All member fess collected are for: (1) ensuring the water system is meeting all of the Federal and State requirements and(2) ensuring the water is safe for consumption by maintaining and making the necessary repairs and/or upgrades to the systems.
