Explanation:

The organization's former Treasurer, Irada Dadshova, informed the officers that the annual return had been filed. However, it was later discovered that the return had not been submitted. Ms. Dadshova has since departed from both her position and the organization. The oversight came to light only after the filing and notification deadlines had passed. The organization's financial records and documentation were not fully transferred until the end of April, and the missed filing was identified after the May 14th deadline.
