The Board reviews the Executive Directors current compensation as well as survey data included in the Texas Society of Associations Executives most recent Compensation Study related to variables such as type of association size by staff size by revenues etc. The Board as a whole meets to create one consolidated evaluation and to determine any changes to compensation. |
