Explanation:

Our not-for-profit organization had an employee who was responsible for maintaining our books, leave following her pregnancy (her child was born with special needs). We subsequently had a difficult time recruiting and retaining a bookkeeper. In the process of this, found that some entries from an interim bookkeeper were made erroneously, and required reversals/adjustments. This has set us back on our filing timelines.
