Briefly describe the organization’s mission: AAUW Dallas Texas is a branch of a national organization, American Association of University Women. The mission of AAUW is to advance equity, education, and research for women and girls. AAUW Dallas Texas works to carry out this mission locally, joining with AAUW branches and organizations across the state and nation. AAUW Dallas Texas awards scholarships in the community based on need and scholastic and community achievement.
