Return Reference	Explanation
Pt VI, Line 11b	The lodge has an audit committee which meets yearly to review the financial statements and the Form 990. The committee then approves the filing of the financial statements with the Grand Lodge and the Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service.
Pt VI, Line 19	All of these documents are made available to the general public at the office where the organizations books and records are kept which is 114 East Wood St, Brookfield, MO.
Pt VI, Line 6	The lodge is a not-for-profit corporation with only one class of members in which a new member has to be approved by a majority vote of the current membership.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The lodge has only one class of members in which all members are considered to be a part of this group as long as the member has paid their annual dues. Each member of the lodge has the right to vote on all officers of the lodge and any issues that arise during the fiscal year whether it is lodge procedures or an election of an officer for a vacated position.
Pt VI, Line 7b	The lodge has one class of members in which have the right to vote on the members of the governing body once a year at the beginning of each new fiscal year. The members also have the right to vote on new officers to fill vacant positions as well as any lodge issues that may arise during the fiscal year.
