What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of the Corporation shall be to strengthen the Indiana-Asia-Pacific business relationship, create mutually beneficial business opportunities, and foster a Asia-Pacific-friendly business environment, as well as conduct all activities necessary and convenient thereto. In furtherance of the aforesaid purposes, the Corporation may transact any and all lawful business for which corporations may be incorporated under the Indiana Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1991(the Act)
