IT'S SUPPORT IS FROM THE YSLETA DEL SUR PUEBLO, A UNITED STATES FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF EL PASO, TEXAS. THE CDFI OFFERS CONSUMER LOANS AND SMALL BUSINESS LOANS AT BELOW MARKET RATES TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ACCESS TO CAPITAL FOR THE TARGET MARKET COMPOSED OF THE PUEBLO POPULATION. THE CDFI ALSO PROVIDES DEVELOPMENT & CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES SUCH AS FINANCIAL LITERACY EDUCATION.
