SUCH PAYMENTS ARE MADE ON BEHALF OF THESE INDIVIDUALS AND IS INCLUDED AS TAXABLE INCOME IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL FORM W-2: - RUSSELL BRANZELL $1,800.

Schedule J, Part I, Line 4b Supplemental nonqualified retirement plan

Chime offers a supplemental nonqualified retirement plan to designated executive officers. Employer contributions to the plan vest after five years of service or automatically upon attainment of retirement age, death, disability, or involuntary termination without cause. Vesting constitutes income inclusion in the year it occurs, and all benefits are payable from Chime's general assets and subject to applicable income taxes. Vested distributions from the plan are reported as "Other reportable compensation" in Schedule J, Part II, Column B(iii), in accordance with IRS instructions requiring inclusion of 457(f) income when includible under IRC Section 457(f). Employer contributions during the year are reported as deferred compensation in Column C.
