	Handicapped Children - The Lodge is active in helping children and adults who were born with or acquired disabilities. The lodge has supplied medically necessary clothing and equipmentwhen needed and also required therapy treatments. The town Office of the Disabled makes the lodge aware of residents needing assistance. The lodge also subsidizes social functions for special need residents and it hosts the annual Disabilities Awareness Day at no charge to the organizer. The lodge also participates in district and state handicap projects.

	Youth Activities - The lodge provides sponsorship to Little League and youth sports teams. It also holds annual competitions for baseball, basketball and soccer with winners advancing to district competition. The annual sports day challenges children for 5 to 18 years of age in three sports, and it draws close to 100 participants. Children receive shirts, snacks and awards for the winners. The Lodge also sponsors students to leadership conferences and contributes to various high school activities.

	Social and Community Welfare - The Lodge often gets called upon to assist residents in distress. These citizens maybe victims of fires or suffering from job loss or have other reasons for assistance. The lodge also distributes dozens of food baskets across town to the needy for holidays or if requested. Donations are also made to the not-for-profit clubs to help them complete their charitable missions.

Pt VI, Line 1a	The executive officers of the lodge must be proposed and approved by the membership annually by a vote at a regular meeting. Requests for disbursement for acquisitions or donations are discussed and voted on at regular meetings by all present.
Pt VI, Line 8a	All meetings are documented in writing. The governance body and any committee meetings that are held.
Pt VIII	The NJ stste conference numbers are materially large for both income and expenses. The NJ State Elks Association mandates participation in the annual convention and parade in June. The revenue and expenses are basically a pass through for the members to pay for the cost of loging, food and refreshments for the weekend.
Pt VI, Line 11b	The results of the annual finnacial audit is presented with Form 990 to an audit committee of three trustees. The results are shared at a regular meeting with the members. The reports are then available for review in the lodge office.
Pt VII, Col (E)	The lodge officers are not compensated for their service. A small stipend is offered to the Treasurer and Secretary for their specialized duties. Both waived the stipend in 2025.
Other	The lodge extends scholarships to exceptional high school students. The lodge provides assistance to veterans in local nursing homes. The lodge send funds to the Elks National Foundation for their charitable works. The lodge contibutes to local programs to educate childern about the danges of drugs and alchol. The lodge engages in activities that promote patriotism, the country and our flag.
