In 2025, all the officers of the MaNamee-Simmons Foundation suffered major life changing events. Mr. Kieth Simmons Secretary/Treasurer died suddenly on January 26, 2025. Mary J McNamee Kieths Wife and President underwent bilateral laser eye and carpal tunnel surgeries, and Ms. Dworzack Marys Sister and Vice President required total hip replacement. In addition, both sisters were ivolcved in an auto accident where they were hospitalized for fractured ribs, knee, and chest injuries. Consequently, the annual report for the McNamee-Simmons Foundation was not submitted on time. Both sisters have recovered from their injuries and surgeries. When notified of this ommission by the IRS on October 1, 2025, board members gathered the required information and submitted the 2024 form 990-PF for the Mcnamee Foundation on October 5, 2025. Mr. William Paul Simmons, Kieths brother, has accepted the position of Secretary/Treasurer and the Board assures you future reporting requirements will be rigisly adhered to. The MaNamee-Simmons Foundation has an 11 year history of providing support for primarily small local non-profit charities and would like to continue to grow this family legacy.
