Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Fraternal Order of Eagles is made up of members. Applicants for membership must be proposed by two existing members in good standing. After interviews and two readings a vote of membership present decide if the candidates are accepted or rejected. A quorum of 7 is necessary for business to be transacted. Each member present has one vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 is reviewed by the Club Manager prior to submission.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	Financial information reports are presented to the general membership at bi-monthly meetings, quarterly reports are posted on the bulletin board in the meeting room for access by all members when requested. Inquiries from the public are dealt with individually as requests are received.
