Part VI, Section B, Line 1	There are no differences in voting rights among members of the Board of Directors. Each member has one vote and only one vote. No members vote has more weight than any other member. However a member must be present to vote.
Part VI, Line 11a	Immediately after the form has been completed and submitted I send a PDF of the form to all Board Members for their review and comments asking them to respond within a short time so I can answer questions or file an amended return. The City of Camarillo handles our funds including accounting and crediting interest to our account in proportion to what the city receives on all investments. Each month a Revenue and Expense Report is received which I forward to all Board Members for their review. At years end the RDP fund is examined along with the City of Camarillos funds in an annual audit. RDP does not assist in the selection of auditor but RDP does receive a separate letter reporting on our funds which I forward to all Board Members.
