Schedule D, Part X, Line 2	The fraternity is generally exempt from income taxes under section 501c7 of the internal revenue code. Accordingly, no provision or liability for income taxes has been included in the accompanying financial statements.
Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 - Continued	With few exceptions the fraternity is no longer subject to income tax examinations by the applicable tax authorities for the years before 2002. If any were to be incurred, the policy is to record penalties/interest assessed as expenses.
Part VI, Line 11b	Although all Board of Directors receive a copy prior to filing, only selected members of the Board review and approve the 990.
