Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The purposes of the Club are to encourage the sport and art of sailing and racing, to provide wholesome recreation and competition for all ages and to maintain a suitable building for these activities.

Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. 	The Club provides a dining facility and a full service bar for its members and their guests. Dinner and bar services are usually available three to five nights a week durinng the 8 to 10 weeks of the summer season and at least one night a week for an additional seven months.

	The Club provides sailing instruction for both children and adults. The childrens classes are held for eight weeks during the summer months. Ninety-seven children participated in the program. Adult classes are held one night a week for eight weeks as well as on Saturday mornings. Thirty adults participated in the lessons. All participants are given the opportunity to be involved in regattas.

	The Club sponsors sailing ragattas, sailboat races and other social events for members and their families. The sailing events occur in the summer months and include the Cape to Cape Race, the Avalon Cup, a weekly ocean race series and many MAYRA sailing competitions. The social events occur throughout the year and include Memorial Day Brunch, Mothers Day Brunch, Commodores Ball, Oyster Roast, Wine and Dine and many others.
