What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The primary exempt purpose for the Havana Rotary Club is to follow the goals and objectives of Rotary International. The #1 goal is to eradicate polio. High on the list is also to build world peace, address poor water sources throughout the world and assist with natural disaster recoveries.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Raised $1,277 for the local food bank, provided $146 for needy student eyeglasses, provided $1,383 of funding for the local high school Interact Club (Rotary sponsored youth club), provided $1,250 to send five Interact Club members to Rotary Youth Leadership Academy, and provided seven $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors.
