| Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 5c | The festival owned a portable stage that we valued at $35,592 whch was the purchase price in 2001. In 2011 there was a deadly accident at the Indiana State Fair involving a portable stage. The result of that accident was legislation that essentially made our stage obsolete, so we have been renting a stage since that date. We did finally find a buyer this year that used the stage as a portable seating platform, but the sale price was esentially the scrap value of $4,000, leading to the large reduction of our listed assets. |
