Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Spiritco was organized as a 501(c)2 subsidiary of the Church of the Holy Spirit. Its major activity is leasing property to a major human services agency (ABCD). ABCD provides educational prigrams (Head Start) and other community enrichment services for residents of the Mattapan, MA area.

	Spiritcos largest project is deriving rental income from a building to which it has title. The tenant is a major human services agency (Action for Boston Community Development)that provides valuable supporting services to inner city Bostonians (Head Start, career training, elder support,fuel and housing assistance). Spiritco is a subsidiary of the Church of the Holy Spirit (Episcopal) and was created in 1992 by purchasing property with funds from an unrestricted donation from a CHS parishioner.
