Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All members of one-year good standing, or greater, have the right to vote for the board of directors and officers' positions during the annual board member election cycle which occurs during September of each year. All members are of equal stature, meaning there are no different classes of persons within the regular membership body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	General membership meetings are held twice annually in addition to regular monthly board meetings. Any changes to bylaws or other out-of-the-order special initiatives require and quorum of regular members in good standing and a majority vote. In certain cases, such as changes to the bylaws, a 2/3 approval vote is required. All regular board meeting minutes and other day-to-day business decisions are made by majority vote of the board itself.
