AS OF 12/31/2024, THE FOUNDATION HAS DISTRIBUTED ALL OF ITS NET ASSETS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND TREASURY REGULATIONS, AND RETAINS NO RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN ANY ASSETS. ALL ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) AND SECTION 170(B)(1)(A), AS REQUIRED.
