What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROVIDE A COALITION THAT COORDINATES RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO ADDRESS THE TOTAL WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN HARNEY COUNTY OREGON. AND TO IDENTIFY AND PRIORITIZE UNMET NEEDS, SO AS TO SUPPORT THE FAMILIES. TO PROVIDE ONGOING RESOURCES, TRAINING AND INFORMATION FOR HARNEY COUNTY AND TO IMPLEMENT COMPREHESIVE STRATEGIES TO REDUCE SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
