The Organization follows th requirements of professional literature in accounting for uncertain tax positions. Under this guidance, an Organization must recognize the tax benefit from an uncertain tax position only if it is more likely than not that the tax position will be sustained on examination with taxing authorities. The Organization does not believe there are any material uncertain tax positions and, accordingly, it will not recognize any liability for uncertain tax positions.
