Part V, Line 4:	Under Washington state law, each endowment care type cemetery is required to establish an endowment care fund in which a portion of lot and mausoleum property sales is transferred to the fund. Endowment care fund assets are restricted by law, but income earned on fund assets is reported as revenue and used for care and maintenance of the grounds and mausoleums. Fund assets, liabilities and fund balances are not included in the consolidated financial statements.
Part X, Line 2:	The Association has appropriate support for any tax positions taken affecting its annual filing requirements, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the consolidated financial statements.
