The Association has been classified as a publicly-supported entity that is not a private foundation under Section 509(A) of the Code. There was no income tax expense for the year ended December 31, 2024 or 2023. Accordingly, no provision or liability for income taxes has been included in the accompanying financial statements.The Association recognizees the financial statement benefit of a tax position only after determining that the relevant tax authority would more likely than not sustain the position following an audit.
